If you love art and working with children this internship is for you….
This opportunity will provide you the following:
- Experience working with kids of all ages
- Leadership skills
- College resume building
- LOTS of fun
- An official “internship completed” certificate
Who can apply?
- Going into 8th grade or higher
- Hard working, enthusiastic teens
- Interested in art and children
- Arrive at the art center a half an hour before camp begins to assist in setting up
- Be available during camp to help campers and teacher
- Some campers will stay for both morning and afternoon camps: interns will be with students during the lunch hour.
- Assist with clean up at the end of the day
- Help the art camp experience to be positive and fun for each camper!
What next?

- Turn into the art room or office
- Specify what week/s you can intern: 8th grade students can only assist in elementary-aged camps, high school students in elementary or middle school camp.
