Fine Arts Fund Weekend

Last week was pretty quiet here in the art room! We had snow piled up over the windows and classes canceled. We did manage to continue drypoint this week: several students printed their plates while others continued to etch and sketch (ha).

The preschool class was busy painting with different brushes and printing with crumpled paper.

The younger printmaking students also explored printing with found objects, sponges, and doilies. Today they printed in clay!

On another note: this past weekend was the Fine Arts Fund Sampler and we had about 80-100 people in the art room!
